IU Copilot School
featuring Microsoft
Two strong players - IU International University and Microsoft - have teamed up to launch a new, groundbreaking study programme: the IU Copilot School featuring Microsoft. Here, students are taught AI skills that will make them fit for the job market of the future. But AI also helps them learn, through innovative learning formats, the AI learning assistant Syntea, and the integration of the AI-based learning assistant Copilot into the Microsoft 365° Office suite. This not only revolutionises learning, but also the balance between study, private and professional life, by making learning as flexible as possible.
Our role in the process? We developed the new brand “IU Copilot School featuring Microsoft” - supported by AI throughout the entire process. From the development of the brand positioning, design and brand codes to the messaging house and website design. Particularly exciting: the AI-assisted development of a complete, brand-specific visual world.

Brand-typical images in the shortest possible time
The process: Firstly, the guidelines for the new brand identity were developed, including a target vision for the new visual world. This vision was then translated into a brief. This was followed by sparring with the AI (in our case Midjourney): Prompting, evaluating the result, further tweaking the prompt... until the desired result was achieved. Reverse prompting was also used: as the visual world of the IU Copilot School with Microsoft is based on the visual world of the IU International University, these images could partly be used as a template.








The AI-generated images focus on bold, individual characters. The colour scheme of the IU Copilot School featuring Microsoft brand design was applied to the images. The result is striking, strong imagery with high brand typicity and recognition. The use of AI not only drastically reduced the time and effort required, but also improved the quality of the results. Testing was used to determine which images would perform best with users. In a very short time, a diverse but consistent image pool was created, which can be expanded flexibly and at short notice if required.





Our Learnings
The process was new, the results surprising. Even better: surprisingly good in terms of quality, time and cost efficiency. These are our learnings:
- The foundation must be in place: a clean, compelling brand positioning as the basis for AI-assisted brand development.
- It helps to set up 'new' workflows in which the interaction of different AI tools can unfold its full potential.
- The results are high quality and compelling
- The possibilities for image customisation are virtually unlimited
- Cost and time savings are impressive
